we can know if the child`s language and speech that they should be for a particular age by checking with the child healthcare provider, as well as his/ her intercations with his/ her mother or/ and caregiver.

yes, indeed
There are expected language behaviours for different ages by one year of age a child should use one or two words, by two and three years of age the child should be using three or more words.

We know that a child's language and speech are adequate for his age if he can answer his parents,interact with others in appropriate way and we can understand what he is saying.

1-conduct a comprehensive assessment to evaluate a child's language and pronunciation skills.
2-healthcare provided and monitor children's language development through regular child care visit .
3_ parent observe their child's ability to understand and follow instructions, participate in conversations, and use language for various purposes.
