Exercice03

We assign the network 132.45.0.0/16. This network must be divided into 8 subnetworks.
1- How many extra bits are needed to define eight subnets?
2- What is the network mask that allows the creation of eight subnets?
3- What is the network address of each of the eight subnetworks thus defined?
4- What is the usable address range of subnet number 3?
5- What is the broadcast address for subnet number 4?

Exercise 04

The ISP assigned the network 198.51.100.0 with the netmask 255.255.255.128. We therefore have half of the 198.51.100.0/24 network. The

following image gives all the elements necessary to divide the 198.51.100.0/25 network into as many subnetworks as necessary.

To allow this number of hosts to evolve in the future, we choose to double it for each LAN perimeter.  Give an addressing plan for this set of subnetworks using VLSM.
